ViewVault

Questions about your viewing life.

No noise, no algorithms, just answers.

ViewVault is a personal home for your viewing life — one place to track what you're currently watching, everything you've already watched, and what you want to watch next, across every streaming service. It's not a social network and it's not a recommendation platform. It's your own private record.

ViewVault isn't tied to any single streaming service. Add a title once — whether it lives on Netflix, Max, Hulu, Prime Video, Apple TV, or Disney+ — and it lives in one unified catalog and watchlist, regardless of where you actually stream it.

Yes, if what you're looking for is a personal record rather than a public feed. ViewVault has no comments, no public ratings wars, and no crowd-driven discovery feed — your ratings, notes, and history stay yours.

No. ViewVault has no ads and no engagement-driven algorithm. The one exception is “For You,” a recommendation feed generated only from your own 5-star ratings — never from trending lists or what a platform wants you to watch next.

These map to the three states of your viewing life ViewVault keeps organized: Currently Watching tracks what's active right now (which show, which season, which episode), Want to Watch is your independent watchlist, and Watched is your permanent archive of everything you've finished.

For You looks only at what you've rated 4 or 5 stars — never everything you've simply watched — across every service you use. It's a personal taste engine, not a discovery platform: the more you rate, the better your recommendations get.

Yes. Paste a list of titles and ViewVault matches them automatically — no manual entry, no friction.

Yes, one tap at a time. Recommend a single title, select a handful of titles to share as a group, or share your entire Currently Watching list — sent directly to a friend or family member via a private link or email, without opening a group chat or posting to a feed. It stays one-to-one and private.

ViewVault is $19.99 per year with a 30-day free trial and no credit card required to start.

Yes. Your catalog, watchlist, ratings, and notes are private by default. Nothing is shared unless you explicitly choose to share it.
